I know a guy who has slept with 30+ girls and is 20ish. He's quite manipulative but manages to date girls in turn in his social group at school. People know what he's like but I guess they're just accepting of it.

So my question is how do I become more like that. I've sadly always dreamed of becoming a guy like that, but I'm never comfortable showing my intentions and all the lays I've had have been 50/50 between me and the girl. i.e. I've never hit on someone and had a ONS. I still get flustered when talking to girls and never know what to say at nightclubs. I think, however, I need to get confidence then conversation will come, not the other way round.
