Hey guys. I hope someone call help me out here with my problem.

Basically, I've had issues generating interest from women I approach. I am able to get their attention, shake hands, and ask for her name, but then I get stuck. A lot of the times I'm just doing the talking and they kind of just stand there waiting to leave or something.

What should usually happen after the approach? I am currently stuck in this phase and it's frustrating.
