I see the odd post about people asking about how to start using kino, when to use it, how to get her to respond. Something I learnt a while ago, and still use (situation depending) is pool as a way of initiating Kino. Getting her comfortable with contact, and if she's receptive, get her making contact with you.

Beginner: Play 1 on 1, or 2 on 2 with her on your team; whenever it is her shot, pass her the cue. Each time you do, make sure your hand meets hers. If she's receptive, she'll start doing the same, duration will increase, and there may be obvious things done by her which are pretty much a sign you're on the right track.

Moderate: Help her set up a shot, and show her hand placement using yours on hers, same way you see people do in golf, www.visualphotos.com/photo/2x3589825/man_teaching_a_woman_how_to_play_golf_LV0038001c.jpg Think this, but pool (Link thing wouldn't work, not sure why. Formatting issues.) Adept: Get her to initiate the same sort of thing, and escalate as you feel comfortable.

Not sure how many people will find this helpful, but it helped me a lot, and I've reaped countless benefits (and friends with benefits) from it
