You need to get close to him, if nothing is happening like a conversation then simply playfully bump him with your shoulder and smile that will ease the tension. When you’re both alone side by side walking somewhere, take his arm and wrap it behind your neck. If you think all is going well, just lean against the wall and see what he does if nothing happens, put your face on his chest and tell him he smells good and slightly look up in his eye and see if he goes for it or maybe you will. A very long time go a girl made her kiss move on me but I was sitting below her and she was sitting above me behind me when I looked up she went for it. We were both into each other before that first kiss obviously.

Get into a d&m and then do some kind of social grooming thing... picking an eyelash of his face etc.. with your face close to his.
Guys are a bit retarded about social cues so dont be afraid to say "hey wanna kiss" or "lets kiss" or something like that in a playful way (so if hes not into it you can act like you were joking). 99% chance he wont give a shit about how subtle/unsubtle you are.
