Get confident in yourself and stop caring if the girls think your hands are sweaty and it will probably make you sweat less, though that's the hard way.

Instead of getting beta blockers or anything that can mess with your body's natural development and make you a bro, you could try a good anti percipient. You can get any product that contains Aluminum Chloride. It is a anti percipient that blocks the sweat glands at the application site. This product is not your normal old spice or anything like that. It actually works and blocks the glands 100% for no sweat at all. You can get it at any pharmacy.

When i first used it I would wear it every night for like a week while I slept with gloves on. After your palms feel good and dry you maybe have to do it once a month and your hands will never sweat again. It should be noted that because of the blocked sweat glands on your hands your body will sweat other places more to keep up with the thermo-regulation.

Ask a pharmacist to help suggest a type as there is different applicators and some products don't work as good for palms as others.

Can be sprayed on feet, hands, foreheads and armpits.

Burns pretty bad if the area is already wet, but stop almost all sweat for a good few days. You have to apply it right before you go to bed. Apply around twice a week.
