It's relationship or bust, I've tried friends and let me tell you, spending all these emotions and all this time on a girl who isn't yours anymore takes away those same resources from meeting new women. Truth is, that girl is dead to you, she's gone, she's not coming back, accept it.
Reflect on what you did wrong, learn from that, and start meeting other girls. Communicate to this ex ASAP that friends won't work because you still love her and cut her off, she might try to contact you like mine did three times, but she will move on. Imagine if you're her friend and then she moves on, how will you feel then? Get yourself out of that situation and move on.

I'm also looking for new people and am not really emotional about her anymore.
We just get on and have great sexual chemistry so it seems a waste to not have a bit more fun.
