I need some help/advice with my close with girls. I've learned a lot from this forum, and have absolutely no problem teasing girls and getting them interested, but my problem is taking the next move and actually hooking up/making a move.

If I'm being honest, I am a little nervous about rejection, though I'm getting better with trying to put it on the back burner. I'm simply having a hard time imaging how things will go down. For example, if I'm chatting a girl up at the bar and I'm playfully engaging, I feel weird just asking her if she wants to go back to my place. Shouldn't I be doing something creative/teasing to get her to come back?

Also, there are girls who I've been friends with for some time that I'm pretty sure are interested in me (my other guy friends have told me), but I still don't know what to do/how to engage and take it to the physical step. For example, I'm hanging out with one girl this weekend at her apartment (working on a project together). She actually had other plans but cancelled them to work with me (and it's not like it's due that soon). I'll do the whole teasing thing, but I feel like trying to kiss her is a pretty big step.

If the answer to my question is "just suck it up and kiss her, if she rejects you she rejects you" then fine I guess I'll just push through...just wondering if anyone here had some other thoughts/advice.

What are your techniques for getting girls to come back/hook up after you're already "in"?
