Take baby steps first. Say hello to all the strangers (don't be selective or judgemental). Help those in need. Give hi fives to the kids. Talk to oldies. So basically you need to break barriers with all genders and all age groups. This will be a good step towards wholesome social conditioning.

Once you get past this barrier, you'll feel comfortable around people and girls too and this makes a lot of difference. You'll feel much better and others will feel comfortable around you. That's half the job done.

Just don't try to be someone whom you are not and many do this mistake by taking catastrophic step towards seduction by fake it till you make it model, without going through the grind. I think its not organic. It might get you results in short run but not sustainable.

Of course you have a chance, just take it step by step. Dont dive into hitting on girls, try and talk to people,even stuff like asking what the time or where the XXXX is, stuff like that. Also if you have social anxiety maybe consider taking pills to help combat that.
