I'm gonna make this quick cause I'm at work
Ok so I have to go to my bank sometimes for work and theres this cute teller. Since I dont have an account I cant make transactions but she (and other tellers) let it slide.
So i go today, and she says she leaves for a promotion at a different bank (she said that today was her last day but I had to prompt her for the details) and me who is very bad at flirting said "Aww I'm gonna have to get my money from another pretty face" and im bad at reading faces but I think she liked it.
Now this is time sensitive cause she leaves today. So what do I do?

How much do you have in your account?

Honestly I’d say skip the corny pick up line and just say you’re sad to hear that she won’t be there anymore, and ask for her number. Much more straightforward and not creepy.

Should you ask this girl on a date??
Good question.
The only way to know the answer is to know your values.
What do you value more -- capitalizing on your potential opportunity, or avoiding rejection?
If you value capitalizing on your opportunity more, asking this girl out on a date is the only thing to do if you want to live in accordance with your values.
If you value avoiding rejection more, then asking this girl out on a date is the very last thing you should do.
The truth is, asking her out is SIMPLE.
it's just not easy.
The not easy part will only get easier as you practice doing this more often.
But the asking her out part is like a very simple flow chart. You ask a yes or no question, and then you respond to the answer (yes or no) in a predetermined way.
Let's make it even simpler.
Just Ask for her number.
She will know that this means you're interested.
Asking for her number reduces the pressure on you, while also subtly reducing the chance that you're going to be rejected -- at least in the short term.
Start here, then Let's go from there.
