You should establish the second date during the end of the first date if everything is going well..

Second, you should text the girl an hr or two after the date and say 'Hey I had a great time with you tonight, I hope you made it home safe' .. or something to that effect

Thats what I would have done, I left a blank cause it's completely up to what YOU want to ask her on what to do

Text in 2 days. Hey how you doing or hey how’s it going (like on your lunch break.) she responds , you say you’re doing great and that you wanted to see her again. Go at your own pace. Maybe invite her to a bar near your place where you can lead her back to yours. Or if you have your own spot maybe suggest dinner at your spot n you guys cook something light together.

Regardless dont be afraid. Continue to look out for and try to meet more girls.
