So I met this girl at a party last week, already knew her from before (same sports club). We're teasing and flirting with each other for a while and started to apply more kino. She's totally fine with all the touching, so I decided to lead her to a more quiet place at the party. Well, at that point I might have fucked up by waiting too long, but after a while I leaned in for the kiss and she said: ''Maybe we shouldn't do this.'' I simply answered with: ''why not?'' She avoided the question. So, after standing there for a while and having some small talk, I decided to head back to the party and continued having fun with my friends. However, she remained flirtatious during the rest of night. Could not wrap my head around that one.

I don't care about the rejection, but I am interested to know why she rejected me, yet remained flirtatious.
