Need some help with LTRs

It's good that you recognize that you could get overly attached; an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. All of my LTR have lasted a year plus, so hopefully I can shed some light on what worked, and what didn't work for me.

If you have been reading a lot of stuff that is posted here, then you will understand that you can and should not make the relationship the main focus of your life. You should continue to do things that are important to you. You want to keep growing as a person. Keep doing the things that made her attracted to you in the first place, but keep looking for new things.

Trying new restaurants, dancing classes, exploring your town/city, going to other States/Countries, etc. All of this can be done with or without your girlfriend. Having a partner in crime is really nice, because you have someone that you can hang out with and spend time with, but don't be afraid of doing things alone.

Continue to hang out with your friends. Guys night out or whatever you do for fun with your friends. The key here is balance. Every relationship is different, but don't spend all of your time with your friends and have your girlfriend in tow and vice versa; don't spend all of your time with your girlfriend.

Also, do not fear attachment and investment. That is what is going help your relationship grow. You can avoid getting overly attached or invested in the relationship by making sure that you work on yourself, and you stay true to yourself. Just have a thought in the back of your mind that reminds you: "Would I want to be in a relationship with someone that was only invested in our relationship and me?" The answer is: no, you would not. <overly attached girlfriend meme here>

Read athol Kay's blog. As far as relationship based game goes, he's pretty solid.

I seem to have an uncanny ability to get a woman to fall in love with me head over heels. I can't really lay out a plan as it is my personality, but..

Do try to get her to call you babe or whatever sweet names. If she isn't for it, go for the angle of trying it out and getting a feel for it.

Richard La Ruina is all about emotions, motivations, and something else for getting really good rapport.

Make sure you are the one leading the relationship. If you are trying to figure out where to eat... Don't say some shit like "where do you want to go?" You fucking say Chinese or whatever comes to mind. Even if you don't like it. You make a decision!

I let my girls make decisions too but overall im always planning or leading.

I highly recommend reading The Married Man Primer for LTR stuff.

You want to be mostly alpha with some beta thrown in.
