Hey everyone. Bear with me with the length of this post, I just want to being detailed. I'll preface by saying that I have lurked /r/seduction for a few years, and have always hoped to contribute meaningfully.

There's this girl that I went to high school with who graduated a year before I did. We both ended up going to the same school and we had met up once to catch up after not seeing each other for a while. I was in a relationship then but I had the feeling she liked me. Anyway, due to her being a year above me, different majors, and the large population of our campus, and changing phone numbers - I lost touch with her.

Fast forward to the end of this semester, my senior year. Her best friend, Jill, who I was also friends with, (we all played tennis in high school), gave me her number. I texted her asking how she was doing, and was really excited to hear from me. Here's the confusing part. She first asks me "Did you get my number from Jill?" following up immediately with "We can grab dinner together if you'd like." I told her that I was interested and she said she'd text me when she got back from a different state in a week. I had finals this week, but last Thursday she shoots me a text asking if I wanted to do dinner with her and Jill the next day.

So hilariously enough I figured that "we" might have meant both of them (they're best friends and I'm friends with them so it wasn't odd). Anyway, I had to study for my last final so we pushed it to Saturday. We had a good time. I got to the restaurant and they were waiting in line to get seated. Jill teases me, asking if I was dying and that's why I so eagerly reached out to them - so I joked, kinda, "I'm just here for (girl)." Jill jokes saying that she knows, and was there to "diffuse."

We shot shit all night and got caught up. Jill found a girlfriend, and the girl was single. I did a little fist bump at that and they laughed. We left the restaurant to grab dessert (I drove - they liked my 'newfound music taste'), when the girl of interest said at some point during the ride "I like the new OP, we need to hang out more" and I said I was going to hold her to that, which she responded to with "good" or something similar.

When I dropped them back at Jill's car, Jill says "sorry for intruding!" and I told her it was no problem and I was happy to see her too. Later in the night I shoot the girl a text saying we'd definitely have to hang out more, and she responds with "(thumbs up) it was really nice catching up".

Do you guys think this was just a friendly reunion?

TL;DR - Girl suggests dinner. Dinner is with her and her friend, who is also my friend. We click during the night regardless. Not sure if it was just old friends catching up.

Also, apparently she has a stage 5 clinger. No idea when I mention that, except that I don't want to come off like that guy.
