I go to many activities that are around attractive women. Coffee shops, yoga studios, the gym, to name a few. What I never do is ask out the women who work at the places I frequent. This is for two reasons. The first reason is that they are at work, so the chances of me getting a number diminish significantly. Secondly, if I ask them out, then they will notice me every time I come into the place they work. When they notice me it will hinder my game with other women in the vicinity. This is why I never hit on the house.

It is too risky. Not worth it in my opinion.
