Im in a brand new city (rome) to reconnect with my dad, but Im basically completely new here. My Italian isn’t bad, in-fact I guess I’m mother tongue seeing as I spoke it daily even back in Toronto.

All I brought with me in terms of books is a pdf of Rules of the Game. Italians are different from Canadians. I remember I could strike up a friendly convo with 8s and 9s in Canada no problem, even in the US. Whereas in Italy everyone kinda gives you the cold shoulder or is startled by an approach. Doesn’t help that I’m 2 meters tall, here the avg height is like 170.

Any advice? Should I just do the missions from RoTG? Or follow some other routine? I’m slowly retreating back into myself and it ain’t nice.
