My advice is to learn to be with yourself. Love you and then it'll be easier to find someone else. It does get lonely sometimes, but its so amazing to be happy with yourself that you have no idea. Hope it gets better with time :) hugs

Don't listen to the other comments lol, you're gonna stay where you're at if you do.
If you want to step up you gotta stretch your comfort zone my man. Find ways to move to a big city, no question asked. In the meantime, start by doing small talk to everyone.

If you do plan on leaving I'd say leave after the school year since you have the summer to look for places and move. Hows teaching going? I'm 18 and I've been thinking about teaching.

Btw, if you're teaching ESL, try teaching it in asian country. That's what I'm doing right now. If you're native you can get the equivalent of a 2.5k USD salary in a country where the average salary is 500 USD a month.
That also solves your problem of moving out to a big cities, most chinese cities are super super big

You probably have everything it takes to meet some hot women except motivation. Plus it sounds like you're good at jujitsu even without the pajamas - which is a plus.
