Hello, I'm new here and I would like a few tips. To explain, I've recently hit rock bottom in my life and over the past few months have struggled to explore myself and get my life back on track, become more informed, more talkative, more interesting, more content with myself, more confident, etc. I've come to set standards for my life and my prefferences that I acknowledge and am not afraid to express in conversations. What I've really recently found out about -just like this subreddit, which is awesome- is that as a teenager (I'm 21 right now) most of my life I've been suffering of a Nice Guy Syndrome. Lately I've been bothering quite a lot with feminism and such matter, so I understand why this is bad. I would like, though, a few tips or do's and don'ts so as to overcome the syndrome completely. Any other advice is widely welcomed. Side-note: I do not have any sort of problems with my looks as I take care of myself really often lately and have come to like the habbit as a confidence-booster. I do not take a liking in exercising however. Also, I would like to know more about perfumes.
