Hey guys, i am writing this to help me cope with this feeling of sandness and impotence.

I am a fairly shy guy and i like to believe i am not so ugly, i talked to a few girls and they were nice and all, i was feeling confident in my abilty to talk to strangers for the first time in a long time.

After a couple of drinks i asked a few girls to dance with me and got rejected, i started to feel a bit down but i thought "hey its part of the process"

Then i saw a group of beautiful girls and i was really hesitant to talk to them, because i was alone and they were in a group and i was sober enough to feel a bit of fear of being rejected or mistreated.

So i was there, staring at them and smiling awkwardly, trying to get the courage to approach them (for a while it has been very stressful for me to talk to random strangers, its like a phobia or something and i am trying to overcome it, i feel paralyzed with fear and anxiety qhen i try to talk with someone for the first time)

Then one of the girls whisper something to the guy next to her, and a couple of minutes later the security guy asked me to be kind enough to leave the club because the girl complained that i didn't let her dance.

I was baffled, i am usually a very respectful and quiet guy, and i treat women fairly, i would never dare to stare at a girl in an appropriate way or do something to disgust her.

But i was there, kicked out on my first attempt to overcome my fear, and i swear to god i didnt do anything remotely inappropriate, i just stared awkwardly because i was gathering courage.

So guys, any advice for me? Perhaps i should follow golden rule to talk to anyone i feel interested in next 10 ten seconds to avoid this issue.

Maybe i was unlucky but i feel pretty bad with myself to try it again.
