So I occasionally hear praise for nofap on this subreddit, as it is often considered another facet through which someone can become more "alpha," develop their confidence, and overcome approach anxiety.

I'd like to provide a counterpoint derived from my own experience, and see if anyone else has experienced this detrimental affect as a result of nofap.

Basically, after a week or two of nofap, I find myself gravitating towards women. Something clicks in the brain, and girls becomes a focus that supersedes all others.

This aspect of my experience is not unique, and if any of you have not experimented with nofap I would recommend you try it out purely to see how you respond to it.

As for me, I find that the obsession with women that results from nofap is SEVERELY detrimental to my outcome independence. I have no problem approaching women, rather, my issue is maintaining state when interacting with them. And nofap fucks that up royally.

Have any of you experienced this negative overlap with nofap and seduction?
