My general notes: Mortimer Adler'd my way through it because this product is as its creator a bit all over the place. I have linked some concepts that I know that are similar to concepts from sources other than SCB itself.

FOMO - 1: create fomo in peoples minds by creating/causing unique interactions/situations/scenes/stories/stirs

FOMO - 2: create fomo to make you memorable and people will have stories to tell their friends

FOMO - 3: social media- and online-game are only about fomo

FOMO - 4: fomo is about making people pissed off and mad they are not part of "it"

FOMO - 5: be gregarious / assumptive of a certain outcome

FOMO - 6: micro: it is better to create fomo [= generate your own cool kid group] than to fall under fomo [=hating the cool kids] | macro: a big part of game is avoidance of group think (The Space of Variations -> Chapter on Pendulums)

FOMO - 7: micro: making yourself memorable by asap creating an interaction they never had before and e.g. introduce yourself/open with breakrapport in order to pattern interrupt: "get out of here", "be quiet", "shut your mouth when you are talking to me"

FOMO - 8: anchor interactions/situations/scenes/stories/stirs you took part in and therefore the memory of yourself with a song to other people by going through/utilizing its lyrics e.g. teaching them or spelling them as if they where a normal conversation

FOMO - 9: micro: having something like lukes container going on for you and stating that those regular sceduled events will happen no matter what elicits activity scarcity in peoples minds when mentioned | macro: understand and use groupthink

FOMO - 10: the goal of an event is to create fomo

Learning - 11: in order to subtract a certain fear from you, create the fear of the inverse of the fear you want to get rid of

Learning - 12: calibration/congruence defined as 'doing what feels/seems authentic to you' is useless as it will result in YOU staying who you are because youll know nothing else but your current YOU (RSD Julien | NLP Concept: if you always do what you've always done you'll always get what you've always got | Jed McKenna: there is no you, that which you call "you" is ego)

Learning - 13: living inside of your comfortzone is noticed by people around you and representative of a lack of confidence | living outside of your comfortzone = living on the edge is representative of confidence

Learning - 14: going out today is about bettering yourself and the preparation for the opportunities of few weeks from now (RSD Todd: go after the skill and become dependend on the learning lesson instead of the outcome that you cannot control | Krishna: act, but dont reflect on the fruit of the act)

Learning - 15: micro: a story can be short and simple | macro: lower your expectations of any input to output ratio in game and youll be better off

Learning - 16: pick up concepts feel weird/fake at first only because you are not used to it because they are "not you"

Learning - 17: the burden is on you

Learning - 18: Luke: you never see a thing happen for yourself until it actually happens (RSD Todd: your brain needs proof not promise | Emerson: no man thoroughly understands a truth until he has contended against it | Jed McKenna: truth exists — you don't have to make it up)

SocialCircle - 19: surround yourself with the type of people you want in your life (RSD Julien: you are not meant to get along with everyone)

SocialCircle - 20: luke: know where your (current) type of ideal girl is accessible (David DeAngelo: ask yourself how to get your certain type of girl, do not ask yourself how to get one specific girl | RSD Tyler: with everything you do, ask yourself if this approach to what you are doing is sustainable or not: integrated approach = sustainable. segregated approach = not sustainable)

SocialCircle - 21: go to the places your ideal type of girl goes (Grant Cardone: #1 rule of success is to show up)

SocialCircle - 22: Luke: you can give value to people by being ok with also the reciprocation of value (Robert Cialdini: if you give you must also be able to receive)

SocialCircle - 23: people being jealous of you is an indicator for your success

SocialCircle - 24: people dont care about who youve been but they care about who you are right now

SocialCircle - 25: lukes container: have/host/attend regular sceduled events and give them funny/interesting/cool personal labels/names

SocialCircle - 26: micro: state your interest/motivation in your exact/precise ideal of girl | macro: state your exact/precise interest/motivation in interactions with other people to enable them to help you get that very thing

SocialCircle - 27: have different sources of guests for events in case one source goes down and realise that even to temporarily dry sources events serve as promo for fomo

SocialCircle - 28: value arbitrage: value received by/from generating value for others

Techniques - 29: in order to make people want to be a part of your life, expose them to a sample of it (RSD Julien (in Pimp): to get these bitches hooked, you need to expose them to a sample of YOU that is big enough for them to decide wether or not they want to get with you)

Techniques - 30: the amount of energy you have/bring at an introduction is usually equal to the amount of energy reflected back to you by the other person

Techniques - 31: micro: mix in stuttering and thinking pauses in deliveries | macro: comfortbuilding includes being relatable. being relatable requires being human and not being a social robot. the definition of what a "good delivery" of anything you say in an interaction is, is determined by / relative to the desired outcome. that is if your goal is to build comfort and the acting behind the delivery of anything is to good to be real, then it is unreal and therefore not relatable which in turn creates discomfort.

Techniques - 32: Luke | RSD Tim: in every location/setting/venue ask yourself how you can make this fun

Techniques - 33: flip the script on not only girls but even on some concepts: use state transference in reverse and first boost, indepent of your congruent actual state, the state of the people around you in order to then have them reflect the actual state you want to be in back to you. be intentionally fake and incongruent because you can
