I am a naturally extroverted and charismatic person. Unfortunately I've not had much success with women due to some complexes of being "unworthy" that I've retained since childhood. The RSD videos I used to watch years back helped me *A LOT* but they have since been removed from YouTube. I believe I've tried to find mirrors of the old material in the past to no avail. But I would like to see if perhaps this time I can have a summary of the major basics. I believe that I have enough of a base personality to work with, and as I am now 30, I am getting closer and closer to being without shame. It is still tough , though, as I live in Portland, Oregon and I still have a healthy fear of women here. Anyway, from what I recall the major pointer from RSD are:

Be grounded in your reality

Mirror neurons

Self amusement

Unstifled

Congruent in thoughts/feelings/actions

Push/pull

Logistics

If anyone would be so kind as to fill in any other major points I'm missing from my memory, please do. Thank you.
