I would suggest believing that she didn't hear you. It's not a great foundation for a relationship, as ephemeral as it may be, for you to assume that she's a liar.

Oh gotcha. If it were me I would just immediately suggest a time and date to meet -- preferably as soon as possible. Like tomorrow. And then text sparingly between now and then so as to not turn her off in the interim.
