This was a year and a half ago, but I thought I would post it because it was my first uni hook up. It was quite interesting in that it absolutely did not go the way it 'should' but stuff happened anyway. I fucked up a lot, so did she. But shit happens. It's uni.

Anyway, so I go to this party with some of my friends. On the way there, I meet this girl who joins our group of friends. She's good looking, but not especially interesting to talk to, so I say a few words to her and then continue hanging out with my guy friends. One of my guy friends begin talking to her, but like I said, I wasn't particularly interested so whatever.

Get to the party, I realize shit, I don't know any of the people, I don't have the security of a social circle that I had in highschool. I chode out and end up mostly talking to guys. But before I do that - I talk to the first girl (let's call her HB7) about her getting me a drink. I was bored so I begin teasing her about some shit and she playfully punches me. Oh, it's on. I ramp up the teasing some more, and she responds positively. But then, there really wasn't much rapport or comfort there, so it dies eventually and I become an AFC by talking to some dudes (but not before having a very quick flirty conversation with her HB5 friend. Probably some DHV there).

I'm about to leave the party around two hours later. I collect the same group of friends, and as we head out, I see HB7 standing with a guy. I ask her if she's about to leave, she kinda gestures towards this guy that's been stuck onto her the entire night, a gesture which I took to mean 'This guy's been hitting on me and I will feel bad about ditching him'. They probably hooked up later. Don't know don't care. I do get her number though. (#closes are fucking easy, just ask 'yo give me your number'). She goes 'text me so I know your name'.

I'm tired as dicks so I don't text her my name until the next morning. And this is where it turns fun - we chitchat about how our nights went, and then she asks to meet up. She asked me out. So now I'm curious. I go 'okay, sure' and we meet up. I go with her to the nearby supermarket because I need to do shopping. The entire time, I was taking the piss/teasing her. She was responding positively and laughing and playfully pushing me but...she really wasn't contributing much to the conversation. She was kinda boring. But she was good looking and her shorts were really short and this was my first week in uni blah blah blah

So we get back to campus after shopping. For some reason it's eventually decided that we should go back to her dorm. We go back, her roommates are there. I get introduced to them, they take the hint and leave.

And this is where it gets awkward: we have NOTHING to talk about. Like I said, I had fun by teasing her, but teasing gets BORING after a while. So what ends up happening is I'm lying on her bed just texting people while she's on Facebook at her desk, until like 45 minutes later I realize 'wow this is too fucking awkward'. So I tell her I gotta go, one of my clubs has a meeting (true). She goes 'aww', hugs me, and then holds on. I think 'uhhhh', when we finish hugging we look at each other and begin making out (she was a shitty kisser).

I fuck up here because I was so set on leaving I make out with her for like ten seconds and then go 'okay but seriously I gotta go, bye', flash her a smile and leave. I realized about five minutes later that I should have just ditched the meeting and escalated in her dorm. Oh well.

The next day, I text her something innocuous (I forgot what). She doesn't reply, so I think 'meh it's over', and I was right. She ends up hooking up with two of my friends.
