I'm not sure if it's a commonly accepted belief, but I've always felt like it was easier for women to attain older men than it was for younger men to attain older women.

I'm 18, and have been sleeping with a 21 year old girl for about 2 weeks now.

We were at a friends apartment, first time meeting. I controlled the conversation (my gawky socially awkward buddy was there, too, and I feel like in a lot of ways his mumbling and lack of conversation skill made it easier for me to appear very in control of the conversation), complained about back aches and got her to give me a massage, establishing kino, and eventually our positioning/my suggestive breathing led her to start kissing the back of my neck.

In what ways do strategies differ when dealing with an older girl, or is there really not much of a difference? I feel like at a college level 3 years can make a world of difference in maturity and ability to hold meaningful conversation, and I'd like to adopt a strategy specifically tailored to older girls, if one exists.

So, your experiences with older girls?
