I'd start with talking to her making her comfortable. When things are comfortable lay kiss and begin. Have music and possibly movies/netflix ready. Alcohol is optional, but can help.

Definitely hug her when she gets there. you want to establish touching ASAP. Put on a movie, dim the lights, have wine or beer handy to offer her, sit close to her, every time you or she makes a joke, touch her arm/leg and let your hand linger. She'll probably be helping you out. Lean in for the kiss.

after you start getting hot and heavy lead her to the bedroom. Don't say anything to mess it up - just take her hand and say "follow me".

Relax. If it's an option, have a drink together. But really, it's all about a simple physical approach. A hug is innocent, but is a good start :-) just lead em to the bed, sit down on it and talk. It won't be lobg before they're sitting w u... then kiss... and your off ;-) happy fuckin!
