Remember: confidence, control, challenge. Be confident, be in control, be a challenge.
Conversational threading becomes important. It's important if you allow her to interrupt you or if you interrupt yourself (don't do either). Watch huge movie stars do interviews to learn this. When they are answering a question, they just finish their thought, even when the nervous interviewer interrupts them mid-thought.
Control. Be in control of the flow of the conversation. Not like control-freak control, but leadership. The conversation goes in the direction you want. When you want it to get sexual it gets sexual. Just assume she'll want to talk about whatever is on your mind.
Challenge. Ask her screening questions & challenge her as LaserCrystalWolf says below. Ask her what she's done that's cool lately. Ask her why she believes in X thing. Ask her if she's adventurous. Accuse her of trying to seduce you. Accuse her of picking you up, even if you picked her up. It's a tease.
Women want to chase. Give her the opportunity to chase.
If she does something you don't like, call it out, but in a hilarious / weird voice (find one that works for you.) For example, when a girl calls me but doesn't leave a VM I say: "Girl, when you call my phone, don't call me & HANG UP. I'm not INTO THAT." And I say it in a big-black-woman voice. It always gets a laugh.
Interrupt yourself "hold on" and talk to other people a lot. Do the conversation in a room with your buddies while you're having high-fiving contests. Give her 33% of your attention. This is a bigger gun. Basically, if you've ever talked to a hot girl on the phone who is constantly getting blown up by orbiters, this is the same thing in reverse.

I like to tease girls quite a bit, if your nervous ask questions about her get her talking about herself, be sure to ask why. I always say this why is the most important thing to ask, it gives you a sense of her values as well as forces her to explain herself. Then once you understand her view you can debate her an being up rival viewpoints, essentially playing devils advocate
