You need to focus on a particular demographic. Being an American makes you cool, but only in the eyes of some girls. Play to the positive aspect of your stereotype and avoid the negative ones. Do a quick search of French stereotypes of Americans - it will help you get an idea of what to stress and what to avoid. Be outgoing and approach; go nuts - ce qui se passe en France, reste en France ;)

You also might notice that French women are not that attractive, but are super sexy. Talk about how they're better than American women, but be subtle.

Cultural protip: show more overt interest - they're better at handling it despite super-strong French bitch shields. They might shit test a lot, but don't get discouraged. Play to your strengths though, whatever you do.
