I'm 22 and I'm fairly good at picking up girls around my age. In my line of work I have to interact with people who are much older than me and I do a pretty decent job at this, so I have no fear talking to older women (30s/40s). But I have no idea how to create sexual tension with them (outside of a work environment of course). Any tips on how to do this? I'm not really interested in the cougar types (depends of course).
