You didn't give me any info. Much like you, I don't want to click a bunch of times to read this. Delete this, give the full story, and ask again. It's likely because you aren't connecting with them fully. If you have any goals beyond getting to know her better, those will subconsciously steer you from making an authentic connection with her. See her as another human being, one complete with mental illnesses, family problems, and insecurities, just like you. You can find places to relate in there. Accept their weird traits and show them yours. Make sure you're picking the right girls too.
