Please understand that flirting is part of normal social interaction. Some people does it more than others but it doesn’t mean, in any way, that if someone flirts with you, that she wants your dick in any way. Play along if you want, but it’s mostly playful flirt with no intentions. If she does want more, she will make some opening.

The morals are up to you, if you can live with the risk or screwing a relationship with someone you say days after days at work, it’s up to you. Just remember that this shit can get heavy!
