Firstly, don't be discouraged, you've already done what most wouldn't, you fuckin' tried. Unfortunately you've given a lot of information that can't really be used to help determine the issue. What you talked about, her reactions and whos actually touching who is stuff that would make an analysis of what you did wrong easier/better.

As far as what I can discern, It sounds like you did fine. However she might not be interested, you might have missed and opportunity for a makeout, and keep trying.

Obviously we are psychics who very personally know this person and their past and can psychoanalyze them to know exactly what they are thinking.

What I do know is you have oneitis, your a AFC for sure, your outcome dependent, and have a very long road ahead. All that being said, you can overcome this if you want it bad enough. My advice is read the sidebar (all of it), then read it again, then read whatever your unsure about again, and go and look up some of the free tour stuff by rsd.

know it sounds harsh but sounds like you need some honesty

Edit: also don't expect results to come just from reading, you have to go out and do it as well. Only way to cure AA is just to go out constantly (and most likely get rejected over and over)

Were you talking to the girl or did you just try to place your hand on hers out of nowhere?

My advice:

Next time talk to her (be chill, like talking to a friend) and create some sexual tension with eye contact, pauses, talking slowly etc. Also try to get some kino going (tapping her shoulder, holding hands a little longer after giving a hand shake etc.) this stuff should come naturally and make her more comfortable around you.

Then at some point try to isolate her so you can go for the close you want (get her number, kiss her etc.)

If you are new to this stuff I'd encourage you to read up on inner game which will help with your confidence and attitude.
