Good friends with some female colleagues so I decided to practice my approach on them today. It is not nearly as easy as I suspected! I'm getting wonderful (unsolicited at first, and harsh) feedback too. Apparently I keep my eyes half open and it looks weird, and apparently I make weird hand gestures while also making awkward pauses during conversation. Practice on your colleagues.
