As a senior who is graduating this year, keep your head up. One of the best things you can do is make new friends. Really, the fact that you aren't in class with the same group of friends is not a bad thing. Try and view every situation as an opportunity, and this one is no different. Make friends with these new "alpha" guys, but don't be shy, nervous, etc. but be the awesome guy that you are. Get the mindset in that you are the fucking man, and you're doing them a favor by walking into their lives. Don't be a dick, but know your worth. Be confident, make eye contact, and good posture. Make sure you take care of yourself because despite what people say, your image says a lot about you. Don't worry about always being the funny guy, other people dream of being that guy too. Always look for ways to stand out and show everyone how unique you really are. People will notice and you'll get better reactions from them. Keep a calm attitude and don't get angry, this shows confidence. People who generally lose their shit aren't as respectable as guys who can play it calm. Be a leader, make your own decisions and don't follow other people. If everyone is doing something and in your mind you wanna do something else, well what's stopping you, really? Do this, and I guarantee that you'll build back your confidence and start getting responses from your peers.
Edit: Above The Game by /u/TofuTofu is incredible, he goes way in depth on what steps you need to take to better yourself. Read the sidebar here, and make sure you subscribe to /r/rsd and /r/highseddit. RSD stands for real social dynamics and will greatly improve your confidence, they're just amazing. Highseddit also is basically Seddit tailored to high school, you'll get a lot out of there and find answers that you're struggling to find. Finally, read as much pickup as you can and then apply it out in real life and you'll see yourself improving exponentially.

Being in a class with those other alphas is a good thing. If you were really the popular alpha that you said you were, they would have most likely already respected you and all you would have to do is casually get into conversations with them. Like ask questions about class then move into joking with them and working in groups and soon you'll find them to be good friends.

The secret is to not play their game. It's your game, if you just try and out alpha them you will lose. If you do it directly, get a personality and embrace you. My favorite line to use when someone tries to out alpha me is insult their clothing "you feel good in that jacket, feel like you can catch a football and get some girls" say it confidentially and comfortably and they will step back. But don't just use that line, really every thing you is alpha.
Just go up to a girl and put your head on her desk and when she responds (going with worst case) "um get the fuck off my desk" respond with a suddle "what". And then go on with "k, I like your eyes".
Or my friends favorite, do random shit by where a girl needs to go. And make them say "move" and respond with a "damn girl just doing some squats, how you doing"
Go nice, dick, nice.
