ive been a stalker for the most part on this subreddit for about two months now. After a bad break up with an ex girlfriend of a year and a half (I'm 18 atm), I wanted to learn again how to develop attraction and more confidence among people and attractive girls. Anyways, I'm happy to say I've made some progress. Since lurking on this Reddit, I've been able to look at girls in the eyes more confidently, establish kino when appropriate, and actually had my first kiss last night since the break up. However, I'm still not where I want to be, and I'm hoping someone here can assist me with a few issues I've been having. Also, Before you respond with its in the sidebar, I've gone through it and most of the links are for purchasing books (which I can't get atm)

1) how can you reduce the effect of approach anxiety when approaching a girl for the first time? I follow the advice on seddit of telling myself it's okay to talk to new people, that its okay to be interested in someone sexually, and that no one will judge and I'd be ahead of most guys my age. Yet, I just get frozen for the most part. Unless it's an indirect approach, situational, or I somehow muster all my courage to go, I just freeze there. Anything I can do to reduce that feeling?

2) what exactly do you do with your tonality and body language to indicate interest? Once I'm talking to a girl, I can hold a conversation well, make some witty jokes, and initiate kino when appropriate (shoulder touch when making a point/joke, using her lower leg to point out directions, holding her hand to help her up, etc.). Yet I sometimes get weird looks from the receiving end and/or some weirdness on my end. And I understand it's maybe because my tonality/body language might not be calibrated to the kino, but how can I change those two things from friendly to sensual/sexual? And when during the encounter should you have this tonality/body language/kino without looking creepy?

3) how do you guys get rid of that fear of rejection that most guys deal with? Coming right out of high school (the environment where a lot of people judge others for the majority of things) and where people have made fun of me before for being "awkward", I've had a hard time adjusting to being myself. I've been doing fine and improved to where I am now (mentioned above), but I still have that fear of being rejected and ridiculed. For fucks sake, I even kissed a girl last night and didn't try to isolate her due to fear of rejection. Yet some other guy there who didn't even flirt with a girl hooked up that night. I understand that I'm supposed to be out to have fun and not just get with girls (don't get me wrong I aimed for having a blast and I did), but I was into the girl I kissed and wanted to do more. The answer is most likely grow some balls, but what do you guys do to counter that fear, and how do you guys isolate the girl and initiate that first kiss?

Please elaborate on your answers if possible, since these have been huge sticking points in my game for the most part. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
