I am 22M and I’ve had success with women [had girlfriends, ONS, relatively high count], but the thing is I never feel like my conquests are good enough. I convince myself that the girls I’ve been with aren’t that attractive, even though that’s incredibly toxic and only true sometimes. I constantly compare myself to any of my friends with the women they get with. I’m in my last semester of college and I’m terrified of graduating having wasted this opportunity to smash as many hot girls as possible. Even though I haven’t wasted college, it feels like in this aspect I have because I have only hooked up with girls that I was comfortable enough to approach/flirt with. And I have only done that when drunk/at a party, never really done a cold approach. I’ve learned a lot in the past 4 years but this aspect of myself really bothers me. I want to learn to be more confident and less ashamed/private of my sex life. I think a big reason for this is because my whole childhood I was always compared to my friends by my mom who never helped me feel good about being myself, it was always just “do better” no matter what. On top of that I never really got “the talk” from my parents. Sex was a taboo subject in my house that would visibly embarrass my parents whenever brought up. Dad never gave me advice on women or anything. I love them but I wish I had gotten some help in this department.
