So one of the problems me and my wingman are facing these days is that we'll be sitting at the bar , open the set , get them talking /laughing a bit but then suddenly for some reason ( their friend shows up /or they have something else distracting them) they turn back.They still have proximity though.What is a good way to re-engage them without coming across as needy? I feel that if I turn back and start talking again it might come across as try hard.

Just want to know in general if others see the same issue.If so how do they resolve it ?
