She probably thinks your not bout it. Cancelling last minute means something came up- could be family related, could be a dude with intent to dog her. Probably the latter tbh.

If you "want to show her" which is a 50/50 depending on how she takes it, you go and you post that day that you were originally going to meet you doing something fun. Something that'll let her know what she's missing out on. Something that she is into and would get her to be like damn.

Other than that, there's really nothing else she's not interested in you. you just gotta give her the time and stay there playing it cool and hope she comes around. When she does come around that's when you can game her..

Bro women are more flaky than an itchy bald scalp after a sunburn. Just get used to it. They don't respect your time like you respect theirs. If we men say we are going to be somewhere, we are there. Women don't give a fuck. If something minor comes up, or if she just doesn't like the way her hair looks that day, she will flake on you. Especially if it's a first date.

I always tell dudes, don't be afraid to schedule two dates with different women on the same day, staggered by a few hours. That way when one inevitably flakes, it's no big deal and you aren't home sad/mad holding your dick in your hand.
