When it comes to eye contact, my reactions vary greatly. Obviously eye contact is crucial to any interaction, but that's where I find my problem. When I am speaking to a girl and I know I should keep eye contact, there's no problem, I'm fully aware of the situation. However, when a girl looks at me, I find it hard to retain eye contact. This is probably due to fear, inexperience and a whole load of other things. Bottom line: I end up giving out the wrong impressions.

I'm looking for a few tips on how to act and how to remain calm when a girl makes the first eye contact.
