The best thing I can tell you is not to worry about outcome and focus exclusively on the experience.
If you have stage fright, just approach as many stuuuupidly hot female strangers as possible. Get used to being shot down. Once you see that it isn't the end of the world, it will actually improve your game. (All women love you, they just don't know it yet!)
Don't bother with planning it out. Memorized scripts are just one more thing to fret about trying to remember. Better to focus on your own awesomeness. She'll figure it out on her own, or else she is not good enough for you. Move on.
