About a week ago I looked into Seddit a little further for the first time after seeing some dudes positive story. I'm a senior in college and always follow the pursuit of knowledge. I had to see if this could actually help my game which feels like it has taken a beating after being locked down to a single girl practically my whole junior year. Over the course of a couple nights I read the entire sidebar and I'm half way through the book How To Win Over Friends and Influence People. Last night I went down town with my neighbor friend (girl) and her 4 friends (girls). Holy fuck man. I think I was naturally pretty decent at gaming in high school when I was a senior, I knew a lot of friends and I was always really nice but teasing with the girls. I got stuck to doing two years of community college before I could transfer to a university. When I got to university I was initially overwhelmed by how I have absolutely no friends in a place that is so beautiful. I got locked down to this girl that's probably a 5/10 for nearly an entire year, so much drama too. Last night I put the knowledge to the test, most of it made sense and actually seemed like stuff I used to do at parties in high school when I was comfortable around all my friends. Essentially it went like this, I got to one bar with the neighbor and her friends, kino and talked the fuck out of them to be friendly. I brought them to another bar, helped them make friends and then ditched them hardcore to join this group of 4 random people I just met on the street, one dude I have met once before and honestly didn't like but I still shot the shit with him. One of these girls is Russian and pretty cute, we immediately hit it off. Mind you the group was 2 guys 2 girls before I got there, normally I wouldn't ever do this but I decided to put my fucking purse down, let my nuts hang low and just TRY to make friends. We get to a club and I dance with the cute Russian girl, then let her dance with the dude who I clearly swooped her from a while back while I talked to some other friends that I had just noticed were at the same club. Russian girl ended up taking the same ride home with me and I crashed at her place :). She's probably an 8 or 9 in terms of looks but a 9 or 10 if you count her personality and how freaking smart she is. The neighbor girl also texted me in the morning asking where i went and saying how she would have been down to chill after going down town but I left her. She'll still be around. I just got home at 7:00 AM and had to write this because this shit actually works and is good knowledge to even just brush up on if you are rusty. I want to say that the kino/body language is super important but being friendly and just talking and listening will get you miles on its own. How to Win Over Friends and Influence People seems to be the most important part. I'm absolutely pissed I hadn't read this tremendous book years ago. I have become better friends with my new roommates, felt way better internally, and got a cute Russian girl to bring me back to her place in literally under a week. Thanks fam.
