I have this really bad habit.

There are just some days, that for whatever reason, I can't get out. Maybe it's because there's a fuckton of snow on the road, or maybe it's because I have a huge project I have to finish soon, or whatever. I don't make excuses to avoid other people like I used to do, but I just sometimes have days where I'm not going to be able to go places. On these days I tend to let myself go, even though I know I shouldn't.

Seddit, how do I stay motivated on days where the effects of my effort (or lack thereof) to do the routine "maintenance" may not necessarily be apparent on that same day?

One other thing: If it means anything, the one area that I do not have this problem is exercise. Even if I'm snowed in for a week, I still seem to have the self-discipline to work out as often as I should.
