You don't, that's not how seduction works. In very simple terms, you seduce people by having a solid personality and sense of self worth and by acting in ways that are attractive. Then you capitalize on opportunities that this mindset and these actions create. This is like casting a fishing line with very enticing bait. The enticing bait is as good as you and your personality and self worth, and casting the line is your actions. You reel in whatever bites, and if it's a good catch, you keep it. You throw back what you don't like. This fish you want to catch doesn't like your bait. In fact, you've taught this fish that your bait sucks, so no amount of throwing it in her face will make her bite. Ending the analogy to focus on the human involved, she doesn't want to fuck you and she never will because she has a low opinion of you. So being the intelligent and socially adept human that you are (or that you'd like to be), you respect her will and you move one, because * starting metaphor * there's plenty of fish in the sea. No single HB7.5 is worth changing your bait, but it may be worth it to do a little introspection. If you're consistently having fish sniff your bait and run away, maybe your bait smells like shit. Lots of people come here seeking what you are, a trick to get laid. It takes them a while to realize that they've been fishing with shit this whole time. Making yourself better is the most difficult but most effective means of getting laid. But if you really want a trick, well * sigh * fine, here it is: the only reason you should be actively pursuing a girl at work is if she's blatantly showing indicators of interest. No girl is worth getting fired over, or maybe worse, ending up the office creep. She's there to work, and having sex with the guy she can't stand is the last thing on her radar.
