Russell Brand.... he might act flamboyant at times and dress feminine (which is all just surface level) deep down he is a grounded man who has purposed and a fufilled life.

There are some issues with your thesis here:

As you point out, Russel Brand, and many others, including Mystery, don't fit into a stereotypical image of masculinity.
In fact, Brand and others are outright androgenous. I've even seen the occasional player in real life that was more on the feminine side. We're talking about their whole way of being and interfacing with the people around them, not merely surface level.
Purpose and fulfillment in life are not exclusively masculine things. All we have to do is run down a list of driven women who are living or have lived fulfilled lives.

If you want to talk about having a purpose, living a fulfilled life, having confidence, etc as a pathway to being better at seduction, then that makes sense.

But then we're no longer talking about some notion of masculinity being the key.
