Its a high school semi formal and I'm in junior year. It'll be a fairly casual event with food and semi-formal dress attire at a party hall. I'll know every one there. I have the confidence in what to do with the ladies there, but I would like to set my head straight. I'm not taking a girl with me to the party, though I'm not afraid to dance with them.

Give me some pointers as to how I should form the night into my liking?

At what point in the night should I go to dance with the girls? At the beginning to lay the ground work or at the end to end the night off?

Its a table of 10 set up, and I'm sitting with my close friends. Should I be floating around?

I don't expect taking any girl home, nothing of the sort. Just some fun at the party is all.
