Girls will be under pressure if you straight up talk about having sex with them. If they really want it to happen they want it to happen naturally, so they can say "oh well we kinda were vibing AND IT JUST HAPPEND". That is really important to them. I would suggest that you try spending time with her and see if you both like each other. Everything else will happen then if its supposed to be.

Maybe you're wondering how to set the right frame, you don't want this girl to think you're dating cause you've had sex but you want to show you're open for sexual experiences. I'd casually start a conversation about relationships and say something to the effect of "me personally I'm looking forward to try things out with fun people who don't take things too seriously since I'm not necessarily looking for a relationship".
But as others have said, definitely don't tell her directly you want to have sex with her. Instead after you've said what you're looking for you can ask "what about you?"
