2 days later i text her “hey wyd we should go to get something to eat” to which she responds “i can’t and can you take the video of me off your instagram.”

No. Just getting a response is a neutral sign. But you got 20 bad signs and 1 neutral sign..so the evidence is pretty clear. It's negative overal.

Your next move should be to delete her video and not text her again unless she does. This is the most likely to spark interest. When I say most likely, it's still extremely unlikely. Like 0.1%. That's how low your chances are if you do everything right from now on. If you don't, the chances will be even lower.

Better let go and find a better candidate. Otherwise you're just being desperate and that's unattractive. You shouldn't want to be with a girl who doesn't want to be with you.

I think you should fall back and see If she contacts u. Reaching out constantly will drove her away. From your description i think she acted lovey-dovey with you but then she met someone new who got her attention thats why she suddenly started acting different and distant.

Don't contact her again. Why would you even be interested in this woman she clearly doesn't like you enough to even be associated with you on Insta let alone talk to you, let alone even text you back to actually give you a heads up and treat you like a decent person. Any further texts to her will make you seem even more desperate than you already are and will drive her away even further. Your only move is to not text her again and move on. If she's interested in you in any way she'll text you back at some point, but not after pulling some more desperate attempts so don't even think about it
