I know you already know this but this was a douche ass move. Dont do that ever again in your life, you must realise how fortunate you are for being healthy and having it way easier than some people. Think about what you did and try to leave your ego aside when you're discussing it with yourself.
As for the girl, im not sure. Depends on how she reacts in future, although you learned a lesson and you will not make the same mistake again, thats how life works.
A thing that helped me though, is to not NEED the girl, for an example, you asked if there is a chance that SHE talks to you again. You are setting yourself in a "inferior" position here because you are viewing the situation as if you cant fuck up and if you lose the girl, your life is going to end. Get out of that mind asap. Remember, you CANNOT change anyone, but you can change YOURSELF. Not every girl will suit you, but you dont "change" yourself just so you can "fit" to her standards. Always stay true to yourself and try to make YOUR self better so that in future you get on well with a partner that is as awesome as you.

Thanks for the advice man. I'm a little less sensitive than people think. There's no excuse for what I said, but I tend to try to make light of every situation. For instance, I had a friend who killed herself at 14 years old. Even after the depression and trauma that followed finding her body, I still make suicide jokes as a way to cope with the situation.
This girl isn't a very morally sound person, anyway, so I figured I would get away with it. In fact, she slapped me in the face, and I slapped her back, and she found it sexy, so I figured she would let one down syndrome joke slide. She has had her fair share of men, and she had a bad reputation in the town.
Learning from my mistakes and never doing this again.
