I have a history of being very lazy when it comes to getting girls. I am not really that bad at it, just lazy. So typically I go for the easy ones- less attractive, not right for me, but convenient.

So I want to change this. My question is does it make more sense to go cold turkey on women until I can start bagging ones I like, or should I keep up with the same ones while trying to go for new ones too?
