Visualization is a useful tool for creating emotional leverage (I.E. the desire to do something that is difficult).

Whenever we imagine something, our desire to get that thing grows. If you imagine yourself eating a pint of Cherry Garcia icecream you will start to mentally salivate, and if you visualize it enough, you will feel a practically irresistible urge to go buy some ice cream.

The same principle applies to anything you visualize. Including going out, approaching women, having a good time, and getting the results you want.

The more you visualize yourself going out and killing it, the more your desire to actually go out and take action will grow.

To be clear, this isn't a magic pill. Visualization is powerful but it is possible to use it as a form of procrastination (once I feel a magnetic pull to take action, then I will).

Don't get me wrong, you shouldn't use visualization to replace action taking, willpower and discipline are still the foundation that your success is built on.

However, visualization can act as a supplement (think creatine), that can help motivate you to push yourself further than you otherwise would.
