Snapchat isn't a great place to have a genuine convo. People send pointless pictures and streaks to boost their snapscore. She also doesn't know you that well as you mentioned. If you see her again in person try to talk and get her number; otherwise continuing with snap she will likely continue to ignore.

Snap is the only app I use to communicate with girls met from Tinder. Why? Because it's the hardest one to fake a profile on. If they can't snap you a live photo, then they are not using real pics of themselves.
